Working with Joe was such a great experience for me and my family! From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. He were always patient, quick to respond, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What could have been a stressful process actually felt smooth and exciting because he guided us every step of the way. James did an excellent job with helping us sell our mom's house. We had multiple offers in a couple of days. He walks us through each offer to get us to the best deal.
