I have been privileged to work with the Registered Dietitians at Bay Area Nutrition. The are very knowledgable in working with teens who have eating disorders and anxiety disorders. They look at the whole child and the emotions that are involved in eating. I completely trust them and refer all of my patients who struggle with stomach aches or eating disorders to Bay Area Nutrition. They understand the importance of good nutrition in order to have healthy mental health!

I'm an MD/psychiatrist in the Bay Area, and I have worked with Stephanie and her team with shared patients, and I highly recommend her! My patients love her and the service. She always goes the extra mile with them, and she is highly communicative and collaborative. In fact, I've had several times where it was apparent she knew more about the patient and was closer to them than anyone else on the treatment team. Definitely recommend.

My son has been working with Stephanie for several months now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her (and Bay Area Nutrition in general). It was a challenge finding a dietitian who was not just focused on weight, but wanted to work with my son focusing on his overall nutrition and health. Stephanie has helped him to learn to nourish his body and develop healthy, balanced eating habits while still feeling good about himself and his body. I cannot tell you how rare that is!!
