The people in the place were super awesome! I went to care now twice for the same thing and was still dealing with it. So I decided to try this urgent care. The doctor was awesome as well as the staff. Definitely a step up!

This was an honestly wonderful trip to NextCare. The staff was so friendly to my daughter and me from the moment we walked in the door! We were seen quickly and Ms. Michell was amazing with my daughter! We prefer to just pop in over here rather than using PAD at this point. -Allison

No one was friendly. Facility was bland and depressing; there wasn’t even water in the lobby. Pretty incredible given it’s a Scott & White brand. No bedside manner by the PA or NP. Cost for flu test was outrageous. I understand this is busy time of year but a little kindness and patience goes a long way with sick kids, their overwhelmed parents, and any others that come in for tests. I will never go there again and tell others to avoid it too.

Excellent urgent care experience. I went in feeling absolutely awful after flying sick, with severe ear pain, sinus pressure, and a terrible cough. The team at Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care took me seriously, moved quickly, and provided thorough, compassionate care. They diagnosed the issue immediately, explained everything clearly, and put together a treatment plan that helped me feel relief within hours. Every staff member was kind, professional, and reassuring. I’m very grateful for how well they took care of me. Highly recommend.
