This shop is so helpful they helped me with a flat tire although they were already closed. I’m also going through them to fix another one of my trucks which has been down for months now. I definitely recommend this company to purchase cars & car repairs. They’re great people to work with.

They completed a significant amount of work on the car and handled everything professionally from start to finish. I brought BCC Auto Repair my lifted jeep wrangler for a death wobble issue. They did a steering and suspension inspection and told me what I needed done to fix the death wobbles and a separate note for things they recommend. I’m very happy with their work!! I struggled to find a quality mechanic shop near me that spoke English, The lady at the front desk did an excellent job asking specific questions and translated very well. I would highly recommend BCC Auto Repair!

Avoid this place at all cost. They’re not sure if they’re an event hall or a mechanic. The services are way overpriced. The customer service is horrible. The lady inside is rude and does not understand English well enough to be that rude honestly. She was so nice before the payment was made once payment was made she became very confrontational stop smiling, stopped answering my calls and made faces at my comments. I came here one year ago with the transmission problems. All to end up in the same position a year later. Transmission did not want to change gears and stayed in the same gear while driving.. all instincts, codes and other mechanics said shift solenoid being that I went there with my other vehicle vehicles to do simple work like brake changes and AC condensers as well as other things in the, I thought it would be nice to continue working with them so I bought a shift solenoid ask them to diagnose the problem and change the solenoid, one day went by. They told me that they changed the solenoid and vehicle still drives the same so I went there to go for a test drive got in the vehicle and it did not even want to drive out of their parking lot. Even worse than when I drove it there, They began to sell me on the fact that I need a new transmission and they do not repair transmissions, which is weird because you just changed the shift solenoid supposedly. I told them OK remove the solenoid that I gave them to replace so I can return it from my money and replace the transmission. Another day goes by and I get a call saying that my vehicle is ready for pick up, which I thought was extremely fast for some reason. The solenoid they gave me back looked like they just poured transmission fluid on it to make it look like it was installed smfh. Long story short I believe that they scammed me never changed my transmission and did something so that the vehicle drove messed up when I took it for a test drive and then replaced the solenoid once I left charged me almost $2000 and called me and told me that they changed the entire transmission. Doing research I realize that to change a shift solenoid it’s a lot of work and the amount of time that they had is no possible way that they could’ve gotten that done within that timeframe. I was never charged for additional transmission filter. I was never charged for additional transmission oil and additional labor for removing a transmission pan and doing all that work. so yeah, I was boo-boo the fool and got bamboozled. They don’t deserve your hard earned money
