Julio from Impex was phenomenal to work with! This body shop was recommended to me by Progressive Insurance after I was rear-ended. He personally drove me to Enterprise and gave me white-glove service. I truly recommend Impex to anyone needing vehicle repairs!

Julio Piazza not only repaired my truck, saved an insurance company $40,000, but he also healed my mind. I own a 2024 Dodge Ram Laramie. It is the only truck I've ever purchased new. I use it in my plumbing business to haul a trailer daily. I was rear ended by another driver and thought the damage was only in the bumper. Turns out, the accident cracked my truck frame. I filed with the other driver's insurance trying to keep my insurance from going up. After 5 month of back and forth the other insurance company was going to total my truck and leave me with an $18,000 shortfall in what I owed on my vehicle. Julio was able to get a used frame and repair my truck for a fraction of the cost. It's been a long time since I felt someone went out of thier way to really provide me with excellent service, but Julio did. I really wish I could give 10 stars. Don't take your vehicle to any other body shop. Impex is the only place I will use in the future. Thank very much to all the crew at Impex. Great Job!!

Great service and quality. They undercut other body shop quotes by half but did not compromise on quality. Added bonuses great family history, friendly staff, awesome coffee and knowledgeable rugby fans.
