Came to Tommy’s today and WOW was I surprised to get the best car wash and service ever! Yuki, one of their employees allowed me to go through the wash twice and then gave me a free car wash cleaning kit! I will definitely be coming back to Tommy’s express car wash and I will ask for Yuki!! He was awesome, and so was the sweet girl Mia at the sales window!! 😃

I had the absolute best experience thanks to Angel at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and easy for me. I had a bunch of questions and a couple of issues I needed help with, and Angel handled it all with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, made sure I understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. His energy and vibe were amazing super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find service this exceptional these days. Angel turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. He truly cares about the customers and it shows. Huge shoutout to him for making my day. Ca.e here to us the free works wash. The young man came out to the line and talked about their special. I told him I had a coupon for a free works wash. He looked at it and directed me to the second lane and got me in. We went through the wash. And went to the vacuum cleaners. The driver's side worked great. The other side did not. So I just used the driver's side to do the whole car including the trunk. There is a mat washer. It did not get my mats all the way clean. But our car is clean and shiny now.
