I was surprised and disappointed by my experience at your casino. When I tried to use the cash machine, a staff member refused and stated it was only for players. However, just moments earlier, someone else had been allowed to use it. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told it was because they were a friend of the staff. This felt highly unprofessional, and the staff’s response was extremely rude and carried an arrogant attitude. I believe all guests should be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of personal connections.

I had the pleasure of visiting Be Lucky recently and would like to share my amazing experience. From the moment I entered until the time I left, I was enveloped by an exciting atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The absolute highlight is the amazing and caring staff and especially the manager Dairus. Everyone was exceptionally professional and amazing.
