Great service! Thank you to the ladies that helped me just as you were closing up shop! I didn’t feel rushed and everyone was so lovely and friendly, even though I walked in a few mins before closing! Great customer service!

My husband and I came in to buy a watch for me, and Lucy was incredibly helpful and kind. She assisted me in choosing the perfect watch and demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism throughout. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit this store.

I wanted to buy a particular watch and was over the moon when I got a call from Charlotte who had gone above and beyond to get this watch for me. The service i received was second to none and Ella really looked after me when i went to the shop to pick up. I can not recommend Charlotte, Ella and all the team highly enough and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thanks again guys.

Bought a watch mid August from Maya at Beaverbrooks in the Arndale centre and popped back in store this weekend to have an extra link added to the strap. Upon entering the store, Maya immediately recognised us and came to say hi and see how we were doing. I had noticed a few small marks on the glass face and mentioned it to the lady who was looking after us, thinking it may need to be polished out, and she said she would take a look while adding the extra link. After waiting a few minutes, it was decided that the watch had a manufacturing defect on the glass and Instead of sending back to the manufacturer for a repair I was immediately offered a brand new watch, which was excellent customer service on Beaverbrooks part. Maya sorted out the new bracelet length and warranty exchanges while we popped out for the rest of our shopping . We cannot fault Beaverbrooks and Mayas customer service and will be sure to shop here again.

“I recently bought a Boss watch and was served by Emma, who was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
