I was looking to have a signet ring engraved and was recommended this family ran Jewellers by a friend. I visited there store one afternoon and was greeted with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake! Straight away I felt comfortable and appreciated. I asked if they could help me to have my signet ring engraved and they were more than happy to help. I'm not the easiest of customers to deal with as I wanted something different and quite specific but all through our talks of design they really listened and made me feel they could give me what I wanted. We agreed on a price and a time frame for the work and they kept me informed from start to finish. I was incredibly happy with the finished product, not just the look but the quality of the engraving was second to none and to know it was done by hand made it feel extra special. Absolutely loved our experience here! Wedding band shopping became stressful fast, but as soon as we came here all of our worries went out the window. We were so well taken care of, and were able to design custom wedding bands completely to our liking and within budget. Murat is extremely knowledgeable and was so kind, caring and accommodating the whole time. We cannot wait to see our bands when they’re done! Incredible team and fantastic service. I was invited in for a consultation for a salt & pepper diamond engagement ring very shortly after sending my enquiry and was treated incredibly well, guiding me through the details, sourcing the diamonds, and ensuring everything was as I had in mind.
