Fantastic service! After asking arround, they were the only jewellers able to fix my wroken brazalet at a very reasonable price as well. I have been here a couple of extra times when I have taken my jewellery to be check and they have always been really nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Spoke to Mary the first time for a quote to sell some jewellery. Then came back as they gave me the best price. It was Claire I spoke too / who processed my items for me. I’m a relatively frequent customer at this branch but have never sold anything through Mays before. I found the process effortless - I had three items of jewellery including two broken bracelets, one of which did not have a UK hallmark - they were checked and tested whilst I waited and I had the money in my hand very quickly having brought my ID with me. The prices quoted were competitive having approached other central Manchester gold buyers within walking distance of the store. Happy to recommend.

Took my gold anch chain with diamond pendants to be fixed and cleaned it was urgent as I was off on holiday and it matches my other jewellery. Absolutely brilliant service! Came back within 5 days!!
