Excellent customer service as always. Staff tried to accommodate our requirements but did not have the correct item to suit our needs. Top tip for anyone buying an engagement ring here - do they have a wedding ring to match, they did not in our case. However the staff provided an excellent recommendation which we used to make a purchase.
