I have met with many recruiters in the past month. All I can say is, it was a pleasure speaking with Justin. Justin takes the time to thoroughly discuss company background, company culture, and what the company has to offer. He listens to you, your experiences, goals, company values, etc. Additionally, I appreciate that Justin responds in a timely manner and sets realistic expectations about the hiring process. We need more talent like Justin in the recruiting industry.
