Unfortunately, I contacted Kay and Associates last year based on his area of expertise and Google reviews, so I thought I would share my honest opinion of what I experienced. When I originally reached out, I spoke to the owner, but because my case is fairly complicated we spoke over the phone and hee quoted me a price. I said I would discuss it with my husband and get back to him. When I went to move forward I sent him everything I had (I did a lot of due diligence) on what I needed. I followed up after not hearing back for a bit, and his assistant took over. But she gave me a higher price. Because I had nothing in writing they agreed to lower it a bit, and I move forward with them. After I paid them, they gave me no new information, other than being able to semi confirm something. Only at that point was, I told they couldn’t release a Social Security number until legal proceedings had started. I was literally left with no new information. They also recommended that I hire them to serve papers at that point, except we were not ready for anything legal then. It truly was a wasteful experience on time and money. Today is nine months later, and I need the Social Security number because we are ready to serve papers. But in the email back, they told me they only keep records for six months and would offer me another discounted rate to give it to me. Hi document almost everything and keep extremely good records, but something fell through the cracks here. I highly recommend every single detail is in writing from this company or else you will waste time and money.

After comparing the on line search results we received from K&A, there was no comparison. The free/cheap on line services yielded wrong information, bait & hook to add more costs. Use the professionals. We highly recommend K&A!
