Using Culinary Staffing as our provider has been an great experience. The use of there Go Live app has been a game changer. Great additions to the game. On top of Go Live app, our point of contact Christine is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond her duties to make sure the jobs are done. Overall nothing but good working experience.

Culinary Staffing has been a fantastic partner for Occidental College Campus Dining. Following the pandemic, like most, particularly in the hospitality industry, we have struggled to fill a number of full-time and part-time positions. Culinary Staffing has been a reliable resource, supplying us with cooks and prep cooks to support our operations until we can recruit staff to fill the many vacancies. At first, the degree of talent can vary greatly. However, you have the option to deny shifts to those who do not meet expectations while also highlighting the staff who you most prefer to return to your location. Over time, working together with your account representative, you can develop a pool of competent staff to help meet your needs. While we look forward to becoming fully staffed, it is great to have a resource like Culinary Staffing to tide us over.

My company has been using Culinary Staffing for quite some time, and Christine (McCauley) is fantastic. She works hard to get my requests filled quickly, even when I email last minute. She is always very attentive and extremely pleasant to work with. I know there are plenty of other staffing services out there, but these guys are the best.

They are in communication any time you need them, they follow-up and send updated time sheets, and the culinary workers sent are consummate professionals and adaptive.
