Excellent customer service. I walked in without an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and experience of Elizabeth Knowlton and Alex. Elizabeth was able to find the appropriate DME for us and to explain very well how to use it.Deserved 6 stars but I can only give her 5.

Scott is truly a kind and caring person who went above and beyond to assist us. My husband, who is disabled, was in urgent need of a new wheelchair. When we learned it would take a couple of weeks to arrive, Nick from the Kerring Group graciously arranged for a loaner chair to be provided through the Bee Cave location—where Scott took excellent care of us from start to finish. Elizabeth Knowlton is the best! So helpful. She made sure I got just what I needed for my mom’s lift chair. The golden. I credited her totally with the sale. I never would’ve gotten this if I had not walked in the store and interacted with her. She is amazing. Whatever y’all are paying her at the company it’s not enough! :-)
