I had a fantastic experience working with Nuvitru. After ~5 months, the health issues I was experiencing have all been completely resolved. The full experience - including nutrition advice, supplement regimen, workout routine, and labs - felt very personalized to me and my needs/goals and the team was always available to answer questions or make plan adjustments. After a health scare this summer, I reached out to Dr. Lahana to see about just getting my blood work done. After speaking with her, we came up with the best plan for me to not only get my blood work done but also a complete stool testing and working with her and her dietitian for 6 months. I always thought I knew how to eat healthy but her and her team helped me with what foods and supplements work for ME based off all my testing. When I had anxiety and just didn't feel like myself half way through our sessions, I told them I thought it was maybe my hormones or my gut was back off balance. They sweetly guided me to try to incorporate better quality foods and to eat more color before I jumped straight to thinking I needed medication. I never would have imagined the difference that made in my mental health! Their expertise knowledge helped guide me to become the best version of myself and I am forever grateful. ♥️

I highly recommend hiring Nuvitru Wellness to guide you through your health journey! I sought them out via Google search and booked a consult appointment with Dr. Lahana who helped me form my initial health plan and taught me so much. Then I was also paired with Katie who is so motivating and also very knowledgeable during our bi-weekly calls. They have helped me tremendously solve my digestion difficulties and helped reeducate me on healthy food choices, supplements and recipes. They have restored my confidence, quality of life and overall health!!

Started my journey with Nuvitru a few months back after years of listening to Lahana's podcast and I am sooo glad I finally pulled the trigger. Came in with chronic heartburn, a rash on my face, and 2.5 years of infertility. Katie and Lahana started me off with the gut protocol to address the root cause of all of my issues I had going on, as well as some other testing. My progress did seem a bit slow to start, but my heartburn quickly went away and i was able to figure out my trigger foods. The testing they recommended revealed underlying gut issues as well as sensitivities to "healthy" food i was eating EVERY DAY!! I am about a month off of working with them now, and while my rash isnt 100% gone (but i now have more knowledge surrounding it and can use the tools i've gained to continue addressing its cause), I am FINALLY pregnant!!! Such a huge blessing!! I am fully confident that lowering inflammation in my body through working with them is what allowed this pregnancy. If you aren't a believer yet, just try them out. The long term benefits of making these changes will far outweigh any questions or concerns you are having right now!!
