If you are grieving and putting flowers together for a funeral. Do not go here. For my fathers funeral 17 years ago I had a terrible experience here. However last week for my father's in law funeral, we went in, apprehensively. 6 staff were on the shop floor. 7 minutes later they greeted us, rudely and said how can we help you. We said we want to organise some flowers for a funeral. A worn out booklet was thrown in our face with coffins and arrangements on the coffins. We were told they can't special order anything and had no photos of arrangements in pots/boxes. Weren't told sorry for your loss or asked who it was for. Never again will I go to Belflora. I'll continue to tell people to avoid. Had a fantastic experience at East End Flower Co.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the flowers I had delivered to my sister-in-law. I chose the Florist Choice Pastel in a clear glass vase. She messaged me as soon as they were delivered and she said they were absolutely beautiful and that they smelled gorgeous. About 2 weeks later she said how well they lasted and that they were probably the nicest flowers she had ever received.

I needed two big bouquets at short notice first thing on a Sunday morning. I called ahead to order them and was rapt with what I picked up 45 minutes later. Stunning, fresh flowers beautifully presented. Very reasonably priced using a generous number of flowers.

Absolutely gorgeous native flowers delivered to the venue for my father's memorial. Can not fault Belflora, always exceptional service.

Just a quick shout out to the staff at Belflora. I recently ordered two bouquets for different reasons and people this week. I included a candle in each. Both people that I purchased flowers for were absolutely impressed by the variety’s of flowers, style, size and design. Vases included were quality and made a statement. My friend, who received a few bouquets during the week, said the Belflora bouquet was by far the standout. Belflora is my go-to florist and is always reliable and trustworthy. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.
