The pizza was lovely, and so were the staff. They were definitely understaffed so service was a little slow, but not the staffs fault at all. They were really nice and apologetic about the wait.

El servicio fue inmejorable. Persona muy atenta y servicial, un chico joven y alto, habla también italiano, muy muy servicial. La comida estaba bien, es cierto que el precio es algo “elevado” pero simplemente por el servicio ofrecido creo que está más que justificado. La comida estaba bien, pedimos unos espaguetis carbonara y un risotto, de postre una panacotta para compartir, junto con dos cervezas fueron 65-70€ al cambio. ¿Volvería? Creo que por el servicio desde luego. Ambiente bueno con música italiana, volumen más que adecuado para disfrutar de la comida y la conversación. Comida buena, porciones para mi gusto justas pero tampoco pequeña, sabores acertados. Servicio EXTRAORDINARIO, si los clientes leen el comentario, que le suban el sueldo.

I visited this restaurant last night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While most of the food was nice, I found a hair in my dessert, which is obviously unacceptable. The staff did apologise and replaced the dessert, which I appreciated at the time. However, when the bill arrived, we were still charged in full for the dessert. I had to question this myself, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Only after I raised it to why we were charged in full they said because the desert was replaced which didn’t make much sense given the issue had already been raised and as a business should have been complimentary or price taken off. What made things worse was that no manager came over at any point after paying to acknowledge or apologise for the situation, especially as we were leaving. A bit of accountability and customer care would have gone a long way. Overall, it was a very poor handling of a basic hygiene issue and left a bad impression. I wouldn’t rush back.

Restaurant italien. Accueil sympathique. Déçu par les spaghettis à la Sicilienne. Peu goûteux, clairement olives câpres et autres n’ont pas été sautées. Fade. En plus de cela le parmesan est donné au compte-goutte. Salade câpres fade, il a fallu demander l’huile et le vinaigre. Tiramisu excellent. Assez décevant. Très cher.
