We have used Bellaire AC for several years. This time, we needed to replace our very old furnaces. Andres was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Amazingly they were able to schedule the replacement work for the next day, and finished promptly.
Andrew D is thorough, knowledgable, informative, and very personable. He diagnosed problems other a/c men missed and offered solutions. We are scheduled to have furnace replaced Monday so no work has been done except for his evaluation but it seemed excellent enough for me so far, to change my service to Bellaire A/C.

I had to replace two old AC units and Andrew was my Tech who oversaw both installations. He explained all the different options to us regarding ways to remedy the inefficiency of our old units by replacing parts vs new install. We chose a new install for both units since there was a 0% financing for 18 months. During the install on our home there was more complicated construction issues due to the age of our home and our older unit. Andrew worked with our contractor to ensure that she had what she needed to do the job and was able to communicate with her every step of the way. In the end we were EXTREMELY happy with our new unit, it is much quieter than the old one and the install was above and beyond what any company could offer us in the past. We have used Central City Air and were stuck with the same old unit with a musty smell and no insulation in the air handler closet. Central City Air was quick to sell us their services and units but completely failed during the install and after. I highly recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning over any local company to handle the install. They have a no surprise change order which basically means that if they find something that added to the install, they will not charge you for the extra cost. This was something I found that Central City Air was quick to add to our additional costs in our install. Our install with Bellaire Air also came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty which is unheard of. Couldn't be happier.
We have used Bellaire Air for years and are very pleased with them. We just got a new system (ac and furnace) plus replaced all of our ducts. Andrew was our lead technician and we cannot say enough accolades about him. All of the subcontractors did an excellent job and Andrew rechecked all of their work after completion. They even included sealing all of our registers as part of the duct work. If you need an honest and knowledgeable hvac evaluation in your home you will not go wrong with Bellaire Air and Andrew. Highly recommend.
