.y family and I have been customers with Benchmark for over 17 years. They were at valley view mall, closed, then town east mall, closed. So we went to there Parks mall location. We had a warranty issue with 2 different pieces of jewelry. They said there computer systems did not have the ability to see the other stores invoices. They asked for a receipt. We should the receipts , do to the ink on the paper, it was to faded to read. We were told by Management , they would not warranty a repair and we would need to pay for the repair. I do not understand how a company that has been in business for 52 years , does not have the ability to service their customers because their system can not look up the invoices from closed stores. Their data base has a backup , they just refuse to assist their customers. Myself nor my family will never return to Benchmark.
