Have you ever been to a store and felt like the workers were your family? I can’t express how happy and grateful Davina and KaTrina made me feel. The best experience of my life, Davina, thank you for your kind words and support. KaTrina, you are the true definition of what a strong leader is; thank you for being such a beautiful person. This location should be featured as a top store because the workers are family, and that's why I felt at home.

If I could give this review a 0 star I would do it! Customers Service is terrible and I will never shop at this location again! My wife went in the store to shop for a ring for our 10 year Anniversary and picked out what she liked. I came in the store to pay for it but after that, they took my money and never got me the ring! We shopped here ten years ago no problems but now me and my wife our getting the run around from multiple people. I paid in full on November 14th it's now December 13th and I still don't have the ring!!!! I have been very understanding but unfortunately people take my kindness for weakness. I have been to the store multiple times with little to no help and to make matters worst my wife called multiple times yesterday but no one is willing to pick up the phone anymore because they know it's a issue and they refuse to help us! At this point where really frustrated and want a complete refund for the process and the failure of customer service. I work to hard for my money to get the run around and not taken care of on a purchase that meant the world to my wife! Someone made commission off my purchase but failed to deliver my ring! Nobody called or followed up with us on the purchase at all! I have been calling them every week just to found out it's been pushed back again! I called corporate with little to no help yesterday. Save your money and time this location will take your money but never deliver on there promise!!!!

I walked into this establishment with sweats and a hoodie and did not feel judged at all. Davina was very welcoming and made sure I stuck within my budget and even gave me options if I wasn’t. Davina helped me pick out a ring and earrings for my partner and I couldn’t be happier with the selection. I will be returning to this location for my future jewelry needs. Thank you Davina for the warm welcome. It truly made the holiday shopping feel more special!

We were greeted right away with a smile, Davina was very sweet & such a great help to my family & I. She explained everything in great detail to us about warranties. She, Adrian & other staff made us feel very welcomed. Great customer service! Went in just to browse & walked out with a handful

I had the best experience with Sonia. She was so patient as we changed directions with the style of the ring many times. We will definitely see her aoon to add the bands with it.
