First rate! Answers questions/concerns in a timely manner. Cleared up a flea infestation in our back yard with one treatment. Highly recommend Berrett. Positive experience on all fronts.

I recently found a wasp nest in my backyard. I contacted Berrett Pest Control and scheduled service. Matthew was perfectly on time, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the peace of mind he gave me. He even took care of a variety of other bugs inside and outside my home that I did not realize was included. I can't thank him enough for his excellent service. I highly recommend Matthew and Berrett Pest Control to anyone dealing with pests.

Terrible experience with these guys. They never finished the job they were contracted to do and stopped responding to emails, calls, and texts. As they continued to ignore our many attempt to communicate, they sent us to collections. We refuse to pay for a job that was not even never being complete and now this battle with collections is effecting our credit scores. Have even tried reaching out again to negotiate something since they sent us to collections and they still won't respond. Just a horrible deceitful company. I highly recommend looking into any other company to hire.
