I recently found a wasp nest in my backyard. I contacted Berrett Pest Control and scheduled service. Matthew was perfectly on time, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the peace of mind he gave me. He even took care of a variety of other bugs inside and outside my home that I did not realize was included. Terrible experience with these guys. They never finished the job they were contracted to do and stopped responding to emails, calls, and texts. As they continued to ignore our many attempt to communicate, they sent us to collections. We refuse to pay for a job that was not even never being complete and now this battle with collections is effecting our credit scores. Have even tried reaching out again to negotiate something since they sent us to collections and they still won't respond. Just a horrible deceitful company. I highly recommend looking into any other company to hire.
Agent was extremely helpful. Worked with me on the times and dates and got me the appointment that works best for me. She was very kind and helpful! And not to mention the service works amazing!! I barely to almost never have anymore spiders in my house, and I used to have so many before. Thank you for your great customer service!!
