I been there in August and my husband paid £80 .. .. boat charge was £30 so they told us the remining money will be refunded within 5 days but we are still waiting for our refund.. it’s been already two months.. we been trying to call them but it’s always says unavailable .. they are scammer.. fraud.. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone

Approached this activity, been on it numerous times over the years. We was refused custome today due to my group being all male ! My group consisted of me being a 40 year old dad and my 17 and 15 year old sons. Sexiest policy's and judgemental. I live in the bay so it's an easy half term activity but I won't be attempting or giving my money to this company again. Bowling it was, they don't discriminate.

Terrible Boat, Terrible Service. The speed is limited to 4 knots so it takes the entire 30 minutes session to do one lap of the Bay. You could swim it faster! Booked two sessions of 30 minutes each, but on arrival was told that we could only go for one session and they would refunded £39. The refund was not made and all calls/emails have been ignored.

Very disappointed been told 4.30 is lost booking , while I was on a walk around the bay 30 minute later people booked three boats while I was turned away . I’m wondering WHY ??

Discrimination at its finest. Booked and payed for 2 boats only to be told they run a "no male only" boat policy. The staff member told us that if we found a woman / kid to go on each boat with us then they would of allowed us to go out on the boats. What a joke. Avoid!
