Wonderful employees - Mr. JORDAN, Mr. FIDEL and Ms. NICOLE - truly deserve the best at this company. They consistently show a hight level professionalism, respect and integrity plus they make customers feel welcome and valued. They are friendly, patient, knowdgeable, positive attitude, strong teamwork and dedication to excellent service really stand out. Their clear communication, positive attitude and strong work ethic make every experience pleasant and stress free. The selection of accessories is pretty good. I found some cables I needed last minute; shipping during this holiday time would've taken a week. The focus of the layout is on mac and games. If you're looking for PC accessories, it's probably best to ask where they are. Staff was very helpful.

Best Buy, the company itself, not this store, it sucks so bad. They have no real customer service orientation. They offshore everything to India or Pakistan, to people in call centers who have no real concern for whether your stuff arrives on time. This morning, they canceled the delivery of my refrigerator that I ordered two weeks ago. Apparently they can’t even get inventory right, and they just don’t care. They’ll give you a 12 hour window on a weekday, like, who can do that? They just don’t care and I am done shopping there.

Excellent in store service by ULI MELCHOR and by Geek Squad: Juan & Eric. True professionals from start to finish. Juan & Eric mounted my 65" TV and set up my receiver and new TV. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, and both committed to providing outstanding customer service. Awesome guys!
