We were in the market for a new TV, after wandering around for a bit a young lady (Jasmin) approached very casual and respectful asking if we needed help, she did a great job asking the right questions on what we were looking for, we ended up with the right TV that works perfectly in our living room. If you're ever in need of a new TV or sound system, I highly recommend asking for Jasmin at the Plant location, we'll be back when our electronic needs arise, thank you. 😊

Fast, friendly, and absolutely amazing service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly, and I felt taken care of the entire time. On top of that, the location is only 5 minutes from my new place, which makes it even better. I bought open box tv came back home and tv goes black screen in the middle of the setup, this is a shitty store sale faulty things to customers while customer believe in Best Buy standards at the equipment will be functional. Fraudulent store

I give the manager and representative 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 stars; they both made my experience easy and simple. I had purchased a Rexing dash cam in 2022. Yes, I did purchase the Geek Squad yearly protection plan as well. The manager gave store credit for my old Rexing dash cam. As of last week, my dash cam started to glitch; it would turn on and reboot itself over and over. It just would not stay on. The representative, Cheryl or Charlie (woman), I can't remember her name exactly. She took her time to help me find the right dash cam. Thank you both for your concern and helping replace my dash cam for a newer version. 😊
