Terrible delivery service. We bought two appliances and they want to drop the appliances without installing them. Some of the parts were not present on their first trip. They wanted to charge us delivery for the second trip even though it was their fault for not having the items. Best Buy delivery system is absolutely incompetent.
My first experience at this Best Buy location was excellent. I visited specifically to pickup a laptop for my son to use for his upcoming finals, and I was able to secure a great deal on an open-box HP model. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the shopping process. The store offers plenty of parking, making the visit convenient and stress-free. The location is well-organized, with a vast selection of electronics beyond just computers. Overall, it was a successful first trip to this store, and the helpful service ensured I found exactly what we needed in time for finals week.
Witness the fall of the last electronics stores! Couldn't happen fast enough. Haven't had a good experience in a Bestbuy in over 5 years no matter how many times I try to give them a chance. Ordered a security system on BF that was instock and ready to be installed. Unfortunately they did not have the kit and were unable to have it a week later on the scheduled install. Lies! You know your guys just dont want to work or you cut hours. Either way its my pleasure to take my business locally. Probably being short sold on the market which incorporates bad management and character at the store front. Customer service could care less. Couldn't even cancel the order until the parts that were in stock when I bought them were in stock? Help me understand that. Not impressed! And why would I or anyone else chose such a place to install an alarm? Can't even trust them to be ready on time a week later.
Sabir spent so much time and effort with me. I walked in looking for help finding headphones, and he helped me look at every single one in the store. I gently mentioned that I was interested in a computer, and he found me a great one at an amazing price. Sabir, you are my goat. I am sorry for not writing this review sooner, I have been spending so much time playing video games on the new awesome computer you recommended me. I went in there today, because I received a wrong item from bestbuy.com The first associate I talked to was very kind. However the store manager was rude. He insisted that it's impossible for me to received the wrong item, because that item is from Chino (my original order was supposed to come from San Carlos) and was ordered the day after my order. He also said I can either get a refund or buy a new laptop and pay the difference because I ordered the openbox laptop while it was on sale. I came home double checked. Both claims were false. The shipping label says Chino and it was shipped after the wrong item was ordered. So the order was fulfilled from the wrong place with wrong item from the beginning. The open box laptop is in stock. The guy just didn't want to order that and replace, because he thought I was lying. Don't believe me? Check the order , BBY01-807094000386 and see the photo of the item I received. Very unhappy with how this all went.
