Long story short... I bought a projector on January 3rd with a return deadline of January 18th. The price dropped the very next day, January 19th. I went to the store hoping for a simple price adjustment but was told the "system wouldn't allow it" because I was one day late. It wasn't just the rigid policy; the service was poor. Before reaching customer service, I asked an employee if he worked in the TV section. He simply said "No" and kept walked away without offering to find someone who did. When I finally spoke to the manager, he claimed he had no control over the price adjustment. Best Buy used to offer 30-day return windows (45 for premium members). The key point is that the manufacturer reduced the price. This vendor offers a 30-day price protection policy, so requesting a price adjustment just one day later - and well within that policy - should not be an issue for Best Buy. Returns should not be tied to price adjustments, particularly when vendors have extended price protection periods. In this case, the projector was not being returned; only a partial refund was requested. Point being - Best Buy will get money back from the vendor at this point, but not a customer. And if you care about price adjustments after purchase - use a different retailer with longer policies or get a "My Best Buy Plus" for a "cup of coffee" per month price. 1/23/26 Update: I contacted the Executive Resolution Specialilst and Alicia made a one-time exception and refunded the difference in price! That was such a relief! Thank you, Alicia!
The most disgusting place, there is no customer service at all, the employees do not work, if you want to buy something in the store you have to wait 2-3 hours to be served 🤬
I always have a great experience at this Best Buy location. It’s never crowded, which makes shopping stress-free, and the free underground garage parking is such a bonus—especially on rainy days. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. Today, Gaby from Meta went above and beyond. She was so sweet and patient, and really took her time to help me make the right choice for a gift. I truly appreciated her care and attention. Highly recommend this location!
