Unprofessional and does not get back with you in regards to scheduling appointments. Upon initial contact he seems very nice and personable but absolutely 0 follow through.

When it comes to taxes, there is no one better than Lee. Lee is a professional that knows taxes extremely well. He puts you at ease as he explains everything in detail and ensures his clients are well aware of things. OK my wife and I met with Lee at Buffalo wild wings not an office or business card kind of made me nervous but ok, we had a good talk we shared our info and a date to get him the rest of our info and .weve heard nothing. Have called and left messages and he does not respond did not keep our appointment just kind of disappointing I thought we could work with the guy...oh well. Hope the guy is ok he just kinda ghosted us

Our old tax professional landed us in a rather precarious situation. We switched to Lee who went above and beyond to help us navigate our way out. Everything is cleaned up now and we will be working with Lee for the foreseeable future. He answers the phone, is easy to talk to, and available. No need to book a meeting weeks in advance, since he answers the phone. Truly the best Cleveland CPA.
