I’m normally not one for leaving a review for anything but in this case it was well warranted. I had went years without filing taxes and had no intentions in doing so anytime soon but life put me in a position to where I finally had to do so. I searched tax preparers in Cleveland and JP Tax Services showed up first on the list. I noticed that she had all 5 star reviews which drew me in initially and now I see why. Janine was patient, efficient, detailed and explained the process every step of the way. She educated me on the importance of filing taxes all while saving me thousands of dollars in back pay. She is genuine, knowledgeable and has a true passion and desire to help others which shows eminently within the quality of her work. I don’t believe in accidents or mistakes, only in divine timing. Janine, your service was both a gift and a blessing and I thank you for getting me back on track. I no longer dread having to get my taxes done and I look forward to working with you again.
