Update: I’m only allowed to leave one comment but I wanted to also show off my lashes that I got done today, Allie did my lashes and tinted my eyebrows. This is my second time going to her, and each time I’ve been beyond satisfied. First she made them so full and exactly how I wanted them, I couldn’t be happier with my look, and secondly every time I get my lashes done by Allie she’s so sweet and friendly and she always makes me laugh. I loved getting my lashes done by her today. Thank you Allie 🤍 I always have a great experience whenever I come to this nail salon. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and today I had another great experience with Aylin (Ayleen I’m not sure how to spell her name I’m sorry). She was so sweet, and she killed it on my nails and she color matched everything perfectly to the pictures that I showed her. The tech doing my pedicure wasn’t sure how to give me a deep French tip, but after finishing my manicure Aylin even stepped in and finished my pedicure for the other tech, and made sure that they were exactly how I wanted them to be. Thank you again Aylin 🤍

Shout out to Nico Nailz for doing such a fabulous job on my fill-in acrylic set! I needed a spot once I landed in Orlando before heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise and this salon was great

Customers are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones because negative experiences. This is very true and I prevised this to say, I left a nail salon and drove past my house 10 miles away for a better experience. I have been here a few times. This time I will leave a review and give the credit to this establishment because this is way overdue!! I will write about the best experience of all of them because there are a few. I came in one time at 745 (they close at 8) expecting to only get a pedicure because they were about to close. The owner Allie made sure I was accomodated and the nail tech stayed after they closed to do my nails too. I told her it's ok because I know they want to go home. She insisted and told me that she would stay herself if the nail tech decided to go home. She then sincerely talked to me about the importance of customer service and how she valued her clients. Some people just talk but her actions show that she cares because she has positive energy. She doesn't just ask how can she help, she ask how you are as soon as you open the door, bends to the customer's needs and goes the extra mile. Each service has been emaculant. I honestly feel bad for not giving the business props. I don't know why I didn't come here in the first place today, even though it was out of my way. I went to another salon out of convenience. I ended up leaving and coming here anyway. She has a large staff, they were busy, I only waited ten minutes but honestly that was because I used the restroom. Very clean, good environment. I was very relaxed and satisfied with my pedicure. My nail tech Ingrid was also wonderful and my feet look beautiful. You earned your review. You work hard. Thank you, Allie.

This is my second time at the salon and I absolutely love it. Ingrid is literally amazing, she’s super nice, meticulous with her work, and regardless of how challenging the design may be she’s happy to give it her best shot. I won’t go anywhere else to do my nails 🥰

So glad I got Gabby!! She is such a detailed nail artist she always gets the designs perfect and they always last me 4 weeks, I’m a hairstylist so my hands are always in water it was important to find someone who does quality work! I’ve recommended a few of my coworkers to come here! Also can’t complain about the complimentary drinks!
