I used to love this place and was a loyal client, but ever since the clinic was sold and came under new management, everything has gone downhill. They’ve cancelled my appointment twice in a row, both times less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be there. No apology, no explanation, just completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. It’s really disappointing to see a great spa turn into such a mess. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This place is impeccably clean and organized. The front staff is always friendly and Everytime I go there I don't wait more than 2 minutes before they call me in. They are super flexible and accommodating. Karina, the laser hair removal tech was always super nice, informative, and overall great at her job. She has great customer service skills and the whole team overall is great. I would return here because of the amazing service!

I just finished up with 6 laser hair removal treatments and couldn’t be happier. What a game changer! Everyone at the spa was so kind and professional. I never waited more than 2 minutes to be taken back to the laser room. They were always ready for me as soon as I showed up and were super flexible with scheduling. The pricing was very reasonable and the results are impressive. Sand Lake Med Spa was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely be passing the recommendation on to other friends and family. Thanks ladies, you have all been amazing! 🤩

The service at Sand Lake Med Spa is exceptional. You are always greeted by name and offered a beverage when you arrive. I have done several rounds of laser and each time the results are better. It’s a process to be hairless, so make sure you trust that process! The techs know what they are doing! The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. You can tell they love what they do and you truly feel welcome. I love being a client here!

I had an amazing experience with the technicians, they were extremely funny and great to speak to. The location was spotless and they have so many great services available at affordable pricing. Full disclosure, it was my first time getting a Hydro facial and the technician Larissa took the time to explain everything about the procedure, the benefits of boosters and how often depending on your daily routine. 10/10 would definitely recommend, specially of you want silky smooth skin. 🔥
