i booked my mom for a classic mani and pedi at the spa here for her birthday, and she had an amazing experience. the resort is pretty nice and the spa is as well, it’s not super expensive for all the amenities you get when you book with them (all day access to the spa lounge, sauna, jacuzzi, food bites). special shoutout to aracelis for making my mom’s day extra special and for excellent service!

Without a doubt, this is the best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The fitness center at The Spa at Shingle Creek completely exceeded my expectations — it’s not just a small add-on to the hotel, it’s a fully equipped, professional-quality gym that rivals many standalone fitness clubs. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with top-of-the-line equipment for every type of workout. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or functional movement, everything you need is there — from free weights and cable machines to modern treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Every piece of equipment felt brand new and perfectly maintained. What really stood out was the atmosphere. It’s peaceful, spacious, and energizing at the same time. Even during busier hours, it never felt crowded. The lighting, layout, and overall cleanliness made it a genuinely enjoyable place to train. You can tell they’ve put real effort into making fitness an essential part of the guest experience, not an afterthought. The staff were fantastic too — friendly, professional, and always available if you needed a towel, water, or assistance. Their positive energy adds to the great experience and makes you feel completely taken care of. After the workout, having access to the spa amenities right next door is the perfect bonus. You can transition from an intense session at the gym to a relaxing sauna or massage — it’s the ultimate combination of wellness and luxury. If you care about staying fit while traveling, this gym will blow you away. The Spa at Shingle Creek sets a new standard for what a hotel fitness center should be. Everything about it — the equipment, the design, the cleanliness, and the vibe — is pure five-star quality. I’ll absolutely look forward to coming back!

I've had the paradise glow here twice and both experiences were fantastic! The spa itself is a bit outdated but it's clean and quiet when the clientele whispers and respects the serenity of the space. The therapists and great at what they do and all of the staff are nice and helpful. It's always a good day when I get to spend time here!

Sandra did an amazing job with my facial and took the time to educate me afterwards. Amanda was truly one of a kind with my massage. You can tell from her work how knowledgeable she is and how much she cares. Highly recommend! Thank you, Ladies 🫶🏽

Very professional and comprehensive therapists and staff. The 80-minute destress massage put me to sleep more than once. Amy was amazing. I didn't know what day it was when she was done. Gratuity is included, but more tips are available upon checkout. The fitness center is $10/day unless you purchase a spa service (free that day). The jacuzzi and sauna are available after the massage at your leisure. If you are staying here, treat yourself to a massage! The therapists have an array of specialty services beyond massage (e.g. dry skin treatment; excessively oily skin; et cetera). After registering and securing an appointment, the security guard will walk you to the lounge and show you to the changing area. After changing, the therapist will retrieve you from the lounge; there are refreshments and snacks, as well as television (men's had college football on). The Spa at Rosen Creek is memorable-- don't skip it!
