had the most unpleasant experience when checking out. the older woman Nakia had the absolute rudest attitude i’ve ever encountered here. i definitely will not be returning as she was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her job and was taking it out on my family and I. if you hate your job, QUIT. don’t rub your negativity on every customer you encounter. all i’m saying is the training manager need to do better at teaching their team on how to talk to people with respect. the lodi location does an amazing job at that.

I can’t remember everybody’s name. But each time I’ve come in there for some thing dear friend there’s always some staff working on duty that knows. Employees are very helpful very knowledgeable and will take time to talk to you if needed. Manager took some time to talk to me about cigars that was really nice and helpful. Really appreciate that. Update: thank you to Madrid for this recommendation. Super nice guy ,always willing to show me some new bourbon or give me his top picks!
