Absolutely love doing hot yoga with Mimi! All of the classes offered at this location are amazing and I always feel so relaxed and accomplished when it’s over! The amount of flexibility that I have gained from doing hot yoga is incredible! It has helped me so much in the sports I enjoy doing. Mimi is an incredible instructor! She always works so hard to help everyone in class and creates such a welcoming environment! All of the instructions are also very friendly and welcoming! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out! This is the best place in town for yoga!

I absolutely love this hot yoga studio! From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming, calming, and motivating all at once. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to cue properly so you feel challenged but safe in every class. Mimi is amazing 🤩 The studio itself is always clean, well-maintained, and perfectly heated — not overwhelming, just enough to help you deepen your practice and leave feeling amazing afterward. Every class feels intentional, empowering, and grounding. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or have been practicing for years, this studio makes you feel comfortable, strong, and inspired. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. I always leave feeling refreshed, centered, and proud of myself! ✨🧘♀️🔥
