I have attended classes regularly at Harmony Yoga for the past few years and can highly recommend it. The variety of classes offered throughout the day helps make it easy for me to remain consistent with my yoga practice. Prices remain very reasonable, especially when buying an Unlimited Membership plan and attending a couple of classes per week. The instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. Classes are appropriate for students of different levels of ability and experience. The studio is very spacious, welcoming and well equipped.

Harmony’s owner and other teachers foster a beautiful sense of community among students. Huge fan of what they have going on here! Great classes, great teachers. Something for all levels, and modifications are always accessible. Super welcoming environment. A great place to develop and nurture your holistic yoga practice, no matter what level you’re at. I love yoga at harmony yoga. Great instruction, encouraging you to be at your own level without expectation. Warm and inviting. I have never had an instructor that I didn't like, and each has had their own style.

Prenatal yoga with Lauren was the most rewarding experience for me. The sense of community, strength and wholeness in every session made me feel apart of something special. Lauren takes special care of her clients/ students and her aura and personality is so welcoming and loving. This class was a retreat for me Sundays before the busy week. I’m looking forward to joining the postnatal yoga class after I have baby in the next couple weeks. From the bottom of my heart thank you Lauren for making this pregnancy a little less stressful! See you Sunday 💞🦋

Beautiful space for yoga classes and can fit many students when the situation arises. The rest of the facility is really nice also. I have been attending off and on for a few years and I think Harmony attracts very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and dedicated yoga instructors. If you are considering just starting yoga or you simply have yet to go to Harmony Yoga, my recommendation is to try a class there. You can’t go wrong!
