I went there to get my car wash only to find out it was $17 dollars for a car wash, and i was already there so might as well get it. Only to find out it was the worst car wash i ever gotten. You would think they spit in my car and wiped it off with toilet paper. For $17 dollars i was expecting at least my car to be clean after. I live right behind this place and im never going back i would rather go to a good car wash like Links or woodys. This place sucks and is expensive.

I highly recommend this car wash brand, personally I have a great experience doing business with them, newer facility, fair and accommodating prices, awesome staff, thank you Jonathan Ramirez for sharing your expertise and helping me make decisions with ease, in regards to washing my vehicle as a touchless setting, yes it is an option, please ask the staff before entering the wash line , Jonathan Ramirez assisted me with such care and attention that made me feel like if the owner of the place was personally taking care of me Amazing, hard to find staff like all of them. Keep up the excellent service

I really do think Big Dan’s Car Wash is the best around here. My man Andres always got me with the car fresheners too. Plus, they have packages and deals to make you get the best bang for your buck!

I’ve been going to this car wash for years, even before it became Big Dans. I have held a monthly subscription since they opened. This wash used to be great, always cleaned my car, but recently it hasn’t done much. I went through their wash 3 times in a row one day, and still did not clean my car. I went inside to ask what was going on, and got no real answer. This has been a reoccurring issue since they changed their initial base prices and wanted everyone to upgrade to the higher tiers. I feel like they are purposely making the washes bad for anyone who still holds their original price to force them to upgrade. I’ve canceled my membership here because of this. There’s no reason why there should visible dirt all over my car after 3 washes. I know the front can have bugs, but all I had to do was wipe it off with a towel, no effort, and three runs in the car wash didn’t touch it. Some of the photos are hard to make out due to the glare of the sun on a white vehicle.
