Brenden the manager/supervisor literally couldn’t have been better at his job, was extremely attentive and helpful. Made our experience at woodies perfect. Definitely will be coming back. Made us feel welcome and cared for. Thanks again to Brenden!

Woodie’s Wash Shack gets all A+++ all around! Awesome service! Awesome helpful, friendly employees everytime! This time, I feel that Marcus went above and beyond, he had come by a few times to check and make sure I was doing ok and to ask if there was anything I needed. Very friendly and helpful! The awesome customer service didn’t stop there, I had just finished up cleaning my car and it was dark already and he noticed I had been there for a hot minute and checked on me again and I told him that unfortunately, my car now wouldnt start ugh! I had my husband coming to help and he assured me I wouldn’t be locked in lol. My husband got there and Marcus came back over to see if he could help my husband with anything and see if we had an idea of what the issue might be. Thankfully it finally started! I definitely appreciated Marcus’s presence cause being a girl alone at night w/ only one other car there, it made me feel a lot safer and was very much appreciated! Thanks Marcus!! This car wash has such strong vacuums and you have a choice of two types to use, a water gun, plenty clean microfiber towels for you to use and also all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner and the best part is the air gun to get in all the little spaces….ALL FREE TO USE! The other place we were using had none of this besides the vacuum and they charged you $5.00 for one small towel and two little paper towels and a small glass towel. Woodie’s actually gets your car cleaned unlike the others! SOOOO GLAD WE SWITCHED TO WOODIE’S!! We also love the free air freshener everytime we go, smells so good! Thanks again MARCUS and WOODIE’S WASH SHACK!!💪🏼 Awesome employees, awesome customer service and awesome products to use with great prices! Awesome car wash! It has everything you need! The prices are competitive with local car washes! The property is very immaculate and spacious. “Rocky” was an exceptional crew member! It was hot outside and he asked me if he could give my daughter a popsicle!! He went beyond the call of duty and that’s to be commended! All of the employees were friendly from start to finish! There are a lot of vacuums, so although it was busy, there was no wait!!

all the perks you have in hand to help with finishing the car are awesome, customer service were super friendly and always asking if everything was ok, if we needed anything and Jason was super attentive with the gifts for my girls! Super recommended.

My Range Rover had a tire that needed to be pumped up and needed a wash so i took it through Woodys on Dale Mabry. After i took it through the wash I tried using the free air pump to fill my tire and no air was going into my tire because I wasn’t using the pump right so Marcus came over and saw me struggling and kindly helped me fill my tire with air. He was very personable and showed awesome customer services when he really didn’t have to. I was kind of in a hurry too for work so he saved me being late. Thank you for doing such a great job Marcus. Woodys Carrollwood has a great one.
