The big O team really went far beyond my expectations, with their customer service and support with helping me to get manufacturer warranty claim on tires I purchased elsewhere. They were able to get me into new tires very quickly, and just before the New Year. I'm very grateful for their their help and support! They went the extra mile.

I returned to this store because of all the positive experiences I've had. Every single time the staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent. When it came time for new tires, after doing some research, I was very pleased Big O had the exact tire I was looking for. Online appointment request was super easy. Thanks again for your top-notch service. See you back later this year for a rotation and brakes.

I am very happy with my experience with Big O Tire. Freddy Encinas helped me choose tires and rims that look great and ride even better. He was very knowledgeable about immediate and future problems that are inevitable if you choose the wrong size. He and the crew were professional, quick, and very positive experience. I would recommend them to everyone and certainly will be a return customer.

Yesterday, my front tire got stuck with a bolt! I stopped by and asked for help! A man told me that it cost $25, and I agreed. After about 25 minutes of taking my tire out of the car, fixing the hole, putting back; and they said: It’s ok, no charge, Merry Christmas! I really appreciate their help and kindness ! I couldn’t believe it and was very happy! Thanks a gain! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!!

They were super helpful and patient with me. They are polite. They were really busy today, but still got my jeep in so I could get new tires. My tires were pretty bald. It's nice having tread on my tires again.
