I had a shoulder issue that gave me problems when bench pressing and even day to day life occasionally. Fiona was great because she asked detailed questions and focussed on understanding what was causing the pain, especially with it being not constant. After two sessions and working on the exercises assigned to me, my chest was a lot less tight and my long term had improved. I would definitely recommend Birmingham Sports Massage, especially where your injury is sports related!

Fiona was recommended to me around 5 years ago due to persistent lower back issues. Having had numerous physios/sports therapists I was expecting just a ‘sports massage’ but she looked into the biomechanics of my issue rather than just a quick fix and she pretty much sorted years of pain within weeks! Her knowledge, professionalism and care is outstanding and I’ve been seeing her ever since for maintenance and curative therapy. Recently I broke my leg and without a doubt my recovery wouldn’t have been so smooth without her. I highly recommend.
