We have been customers of Bites n' Bites for more than 15 years. We have bought new and refurbished. Both were fantastic. We've also have had repairs done. Great work and done in a reasonable time and prices. They listen to you if your buying or having something repaired. They never try to oversell. Honesty is what you can expect to happen. Prices are right. They guarantee what they do. It is a family owned business. You don't find their service in a big box store. Karen Paulin .
