All the people work in there are so friendly to the customers that walk in the door and they’re right there to help you and give over 100% of their attention to you. They fix my phone at a reasonable rate and I would go there again for any type of tech service.

I was never told I had to pay $100 for data recovery. The only reason WE didn't think I could do it was bad battery only had 1% charge. When I came to pick up the phone, my battery was at 47%, and no one told me I had a good charge as NOW, with the switch data app on my phone, I was capable enough to do it my self. 👎 The person who helped me was a very nice person, but again, I could've done it myself. Instead of the $100 charge, I spent $80 on signing up for 2 months insurance coverage to save $20.

Jason and the team were absolutely amazing repairing our treasured touchscreen gaming laptop! I use the device for work, which is teleconference heavy, and my camera was giving me issues. Jason discovered it was because Geek Squad did a cheap job replacing my damaged screen; in two weeks, he and the team removed the damaged portion and installed a new, same-as-original-quality screen for 1/4th of the Geek Squad price. While I hope to not damage my tech again 😂😬, we are now UbreakiFix customers for life when we do!!! Can’t recommend enough.

Jason, the owner was very helpful! Super quick fix! I came in with my iPhone 12 with charging port issues. It only needed Professional cleaning I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes! I feel the price was fair. It cost $35.
