I started my pilates journey at a different franchise and found myself getting bored and not challenged. Pilates started to lose its luster until I found BK where I found the most knowledgable, upbeat, diverse, and inclusive instructors. I wish I started my pilates journey here as once I took classes at this studio I realized all of the things I was not doing correctly. BK instructors focus on safe form and help me adjust my body to engage the right muscles with an injury I sustained in my childhood. The instructors work the room and still achieve individualized attention. Pilates can look intimidating but please do not hesitate to start here as you will quickly become acquainted with a mind and body connection supported by an amazing community of talented instructors that will help you fall in love with this exercise! Thank you BK for being a safe and inclusive space for me to grow in my practice and in this community!
