Amazing service! They helped me find a set of 17’ tires when these were pretty much out of stock. At the shop, service was excellent. Staff is very professional and storage is even a little cheaper than elsewhere. Totally recommend.

I ordered new tires with at-home installation. My experience was nothing less than exceptional, from the initial phone call of inquiry to the installation. Mohammed was extremely professional and patient, as I was unsure of the type of tires I wished to purchase. He walked me through the process, which included very competitive prices upfront on multiple tire brands. The at-home installation was impressive as well. Easy and effortless. Service was very professional. They were able to work within my schedule and did the service close to home. I ordered tires and was given several options, all of which were affordable. All my questions were answered about service and parts very quickly. The whole service took about an hour, much shorter than I expected. In fact the technician was early, so we started earlier and I was able to get more of my day back to do other things. I had ordered tire pressure sensors, but the technician said I didn’t need them and the company refunded me for the parts, no fuss (other places will likely lie to me about them just to still be able to charge me). I would definitely recommend Black Tires and use this service again.
