Our insurance company sent us to Fix Auto after getting into an accident. They took excellent care of us, they gave us our car back looking brand new. We are so impressed by the level of service and care and quality from Fix Auto. I recommend them to anyone looking for bodywork through insurance. Recently came by for a quote for a separate issue outside of insurance, and they told us to just claim it with the insurance. We don't want our premium to go up, we wanted to pay out of pocket. Our insurance interaction ion was great, but this latest one was weird.

Best service I ever had, my car is fix by a team of people who always update you with everything. Best customer service good manager I will recommend this body shop to anyone very clean place they restore your stressful moments with kindness from getting you a rental in a blink of an eye. All you need is to drop your car the rest they take care themselves. Thanks for kindness and best service and the way you gave my car cleaner than ever.

My first-time experience with this location was nothing short of fantastic! I felt taken care of the moment I dropped off my car for repair to when I picked-up my car. They even detailed my car and returned it to me in even better condition than when I first got it! All members of staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Paul, Shifa & team were amazing. Thank you Fix Auto team! Happy to recommend all family and friends to your location from now on.

Very happy with the result. I got a car accident and the car get fixed here and look like new. And they also cleaned the inside of the car. Also get lifetime warranty for everything they fixed. I am very grateful for that. And thank you Paul who’s the manager and nice to customer.

I had a fantastic experience with this garage after my car was damaged due to vandalism. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They took the time to clearly explain the repair process and answered all my questions with patience and care. My Mercedes had serious damage, but they brought it back to life it looks and drives like new again. All the damaged parts were replaced with original Mercedes parts, and everything was done with great attention to detail. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was handled in a very professional and efficient way. They also kept me updated regularly, responded quickly to any questions, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. A special thank you to Paul, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. If you get the chance to deal with him, don’t hesitate ,he’s honest, helpful, and truly makes you feel like your car is in good hands. If you have a Mercedes or any other vehicle and want high-quality service with genuine parts, this garage is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
