Had hydraulic problems ,,, they were very knowledgeable and fixed everything as promised and also in a timely manner.. Will definitely recommend to anyone with an RV !!! Had a toilet leaking problem ,,, they assessed the problem and order new valves and installed. Also did troubleshooting on roof leak and found pinhole beside AC unit , and revealed !!!!! Very reasonable price and superb service , and turn around time !!!! Will definitely be using them again ,,,, when the need arrives !!!!!!

As a full timer that has been in the area for many years, we've used Blackbird several times and have always been impressed on their knowledge and response times. Not once have they not been able to find and fix our problem, from water heater, to AC to electrical issues, they've able to fix it. Most RV repair folks aren't very good with RV AC's but they are. Take my advice and give them a shot for all of your RV repair needs. And no, I don't work for them or know them outside of our repair needs, I'm just giving you an honest and independent recommendation based on several experiences with another AC repair last week as the most recent.

My RV AC broke in the middle of a Texas summer, and I called on Monday. Tina told me Chris would need to do the quote and that he’d be back Wednesday. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard a single word from Chris. Thanks for wasting a week of my time while I sat here with no AC in this heat. I was recommended to this place, but after this experience I’ll be making sure the person who referred me knows not to recommend them anymore.

I was highly recommended BlackBird RV. After a phone call to them, a few minutes later, Chris, called me. And was able to swing by quickly. He quickly identified the problem, explained my options and a solution. And then fixed it. I couldn’t be happier with the service not to mention that Chris was a great guy! I also Highly recommend Blackbird RV to anyone who has RV repair needs near the Tomball/Magnolia area. They’ll do you right!
