We cannot praise Vass and his team enough for giving our 3 year old cockapoo her quality of life back. From diagnosis in November to final X-rays and discharge last week the whole process has been seamless. Every question answered and the admin team have been amazing sorting out insurance claim and answering any questions we had along the way. We would recommend this vet hospital to everyone. These are the only people that helped me with my dying dog I begged and phoned atleast 30 vets to get turned down he died within the 11 hours we was trying to get a vet to see him resulting in my dog my baby boy dying infront of me due to every other vets neglecting my baby boy we found out after he died that his tummy had twisted due to eating to fast . im so thankful to blaise as they are the only 1s that took my baby after he passed and thankful for my baby boys paw prints and his nose prints and his claw and his fur please look after my boy rip baby mommy loves you thank you for you help.

We have recently been to referred to blaise because our poor Minnie had cancer in her ear canal. From start to finish the whole team have been amazing so kind and caring. We first saw Margo and she was so kind and reassuring and just brilliant with Min!!! Then we saw Lara due to Min needing surgery…… Us and Min could not of asked for better treatment, we have been kept informed at every point, the care and love they showed us and Min has been amazing, Min is now back to her bouncy self and hopefully with us for alot longer, We are absolutely amazed at how she has healed and how amazing her ear now looks! We cannot express how grateful we are to you all for giving us back our Min when we thought we were losing her!
