A friend recommended this company. I thought it would be a very difficult process because it took me a lot of time to get a loan for my house before. But after choosing this company, I swear to God, it took less than 20 days from start to finish! Can you believe it? So Choosing (LB L) them was really a good decision. Their service is excellent and they reply to my questions promptly. Most importantly, their charges are reasonable and the service is thorough!

Was a great experience working with Paul and Kelsey. We are fist time home buyers and they did a great job of making our loan happen on time and within our budget, closed last week. I initially heard of Blink Lending & Investments through my mom and am glad we went with them. I even shopped around for a few other lenders and landed with them, couldn't be happier.

I don’t usually give reviews but for Oscar and his team I definitely will. I closed a few days ago on my first home, Oscar and his team made the whole process a breeze, there Communication,Dedication,Professionalism and Over all customer service is Outstanding. Stacy Johnson was my realtor and she did an amazing job with scheduling to negotiation and even breaking down and explaining what we didn’t know. I can’t recommended them enough 10/10. I will definitely remember this team, they will be my go to lender and realtor if I’m in the market to buy another home in the future.
