Time managment needs to be addressed. Booked hair and makeup, hair was done in 15 minutes then sat around for an hour waiting for makeup to start.

Wonderful experience! Went here with my sister the morning of my wedding to get a blow out and my sister got her make up done. It was a great way to start our morning and my hair and sister’s makeup looked great! Thank you!

I scheduled a wash and blow-dry appointment with the front desk, but when I arrived, I was told they couldn’t service me due to a technical issue. Although their website clearly states they can wash and blow-dry hair with extensions, I was told that because I have a sew-in, they don’t have the right tools to wash and dry it. I asked if any accommodations could be made, but Ashley, the assistant manager, said there was nothing she could do. She did mention they would waive the cancellation fee (which I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place, since the mistake was on their part), but that was the only resolution offered. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and clarity, and I won’t be returning to this salon.

Highly HIGHLY recommend. I’ve been coming here for over a year and every time it’s been a fantastic experience. I’ve had primarily blowouts, with 3-4 different stylists, but also makeup twice. Ashley for hair is absolutely THE BEST, and MUST GET her head massage (extra cost, completely worth it). I feel pampered by her, and she deserves the praise as she’s such a skilled professional. BEST head massage & shampooing I’ve EVER had. My blowouts by her always look great and I always leave a happy customer, so overdue to write this review!
