This was my first time here and Eden was such a great instructor. She asked everyone who walked in if they needed modifications and really made the class feel welcoming. Before class even started, she sat with me and showed me how to properly use the jumpboard, had me practice with her, and made sure I wouldn’t hurt my legs later. The workout itself was challenging but really fun. The music ranged from rap to pop to Spanish, which kept the energy up the whole time. Throughout the class she constantly offered modifications, went around to everyone, corrected form, and made sure we felt safe and supported. I felt both pushed and cared for. I’d definitely take her class again!
Love Bloom! It’s small and cozy, and always clean and welcoming. All the instructors are very attentive and knowledgeable, each with their own unique approach. There are levels of classes to choose from , from beginner to advanced. I always leave the studio in a good mood and feel all my muscles! Also to mention it’s not only pilates classes, it’s a community , and the owner Meryem often organizes different events and challenges with some bonuses, which adds to fun! Highly recommend to sign up for a class and try this studio 💚
This is my favorite Pilates studio. The energy here is so uplifting - from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The space is always clean, bright, and calm, which instantly puts you in the right mood for class. The instructors are truly the best part. They don't just run through the moves, they pay attention to your form, push you when you need it, and encourage you in such a positive way. Every class feels a little different, and I always leave stronger, more aligned, and with such a good mood.
By far the best pilates studio I have ever been to!! I have been a member for almost 6 months and I’m so glad I made the decision to come! All of the instructors are so helpful and accommodating. I injured my knee a few months ago, and they are happy to modify my exercises so I can keep doing what I love. You have to come check it out!
Bloom Pilates has truly become the highlight of my week, my fitness “home,” and has changed my life! Meryem (the owner) and her instructors are amazing and I can’t say enough how encouraging, comfortable, and constructive the environment/classes are- also such a great workout and always leave feeling mentally and physically better than before!
