What a wonderful establishment! Everyone was so nice, and Brittany was the best teacher. I felt comfortable and like I was truly working out every part of my body. If you’re a beginner, or any level, can’t recommend coming here enough! Especially with Brittany as your teacher😊
I really enjoyed my group lesson with instructor Luna Kim and I highly recommend people taking her class, I sweat so much and also get to learn Pilates. Good intermediate class! Training environment is great for anyone who is interested to try Pilates!
Tried Vita Pilates while in New York and left feeling stronger, supported, and totally recharged. Mia was fantastic—kind, observant, and super in tune with what I needed. She adjusted the class around my injuries without ever making me feel limited, and still managed to push me just enough. The space was bright, clean, and calm, and I appreciated the focus on form and control. I even picked up a pair of grip socks while I was there. Definitely planning to return next time I’m in town.
I’ve really enjoyed taking Pilates classes here! The instructors are excellent—very attentive and patient, always making sure everyone is doing the movements correctly. There’s a great variety of classes to choose from, which keeps things fresh and interesting. The studio environment is also clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. Highly recommended!
