I had such an incredible private session with Ashley — truly one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve had. She is so attentive, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and intuitive in her teaching. Every cue felt intentional and tailored to my body, and I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected. Ashley has a way of making you feel both challenged and supported at the same time. The session flowed beautifully, and I could tell how much care she puts into her work. Highly recommend booking a private with her — you’ll leave feeling amazing.

This pilates studio is the best! The instructors are incredibly kind (which is hard to come by in NYC) and the classes are challenging so you know you get a good workout. It’s also nice that the class sizes are small (and it doesn’t feel like a club 😂) Highly recommend!

What a wonderful establishment! Everyone was so nice, and Brittany was the best teacher. I felt comfortable and like I was truly working out every part of my body. If you’re a beginner, or any level, can’t recommend coming here enough! Especially with Brittany as your teacher😊
